A complete OE inquiry does not need to be long, but it should include the information that affects replacement confirmation and export quotation. The goal is to let the supplier identify both the part and the buying context.
Start with every number you have: OE number, Lester number, replacement number, supplier reference, source SKU, or Crankvia Part No. Even partial numbers can help when they are paired with photos and application information.
Add application details such as vehicle make, model, year range, engine, market, equipment type, or current unit photos. Fitment can vary by market and configuration, so the more context you provide, the lower the mismatch risk.
Commercial details should include expected quantity, sample requirement, destination, packaging preference, and timing. These fields help the quote include lead time, packing plan, and shipping assumptions.
If the old unit is available, include photos of the label, connector, mounting side, pulley or drive side, and full body. These images often answer questions that cannot be solved by numbers alone.
